Project Integration Management: This knowledge area is all about planning, monitoring, coordination and cooperation. It should be signed by key project stakeholders. †¢ Developing project management plan – This document is used to coordinate all project planning which helps in project’s execution and control. †¢ Directing and managing project work – It involves all the activities managed and performed while carrying out project plan. †¢ Monitoring and controlling project work – Changes are inevitable on most projects, so it’s important to develop and follow a process to monitor and control changes.
